Basic exercises for busy people who need quick and easy ways to improve and maintaining health

In order to achieve anything, focus and consistency are key. When you do achieve something, it sucks to find you are too unfit to enjoy it. So applying focus and consistency to your health & fitness is the obvious answer.

The problem is, as we are busy people, other things tend to take priority and, even when there is time left over, we are usually too exhausted to drag ourselves to the gym.

Skipping exercise doesn't just turn you into a blog, it can kill you. Where's the success in that? I have know people who were rich. Some of them had also had more than one heart attack.

If you are already sufficiently successful that you can spend an hour or more per day at the gym, you should do so. If not, these basic exercises will fit in with the busiest of days:


Breathing

Crunches

On your bed, after your breathing, every morning. Abs go out of shape because, quickly. Hurt most when you start. Make you quickly (not instantly slimmer).
